Please let me know the following:-
1.Is, the Bank which has received form 15G/15H from its customers, required to submit it to IT Deptt ? If yes, what is the procedure, frequency & form ?

One copy of the form 15G /H has to be forwarded by the bank to the Chief Commissioner / Commissioner of income tax on or before the seventh day of the month next following the month in which the declaration is furnished to the bank.

Write a simple letter to the concerned officer stating submission of form 15G/15H and the list of persons.
