03 January 2012 If the person does not hold PAN as he is NRI since age 5 and had transfered some money in india two years ago and now wants to get it back.
money was laying as FD on his name and will be transfered from his own account in india to own account in usa; is form 15CA 15CB submission is compulsory and what is the remedy as he does not hold PAN hence unable to file 15CA online.?
