Form 15ca,15cb

We need to submit form 15Ca,15Cb in bank to remit the money...The date of proposed remittance is required and also the amount to be transferred in rupees. However,if i have to remit 1500 Dollars on 4th April then how would i calculate it in rupees because we caanot judge the future exchange rate?

Good one, you take the rate of signing the 15CB certificate as you dont know future rate
