15 November 2017 I take registration in cs in feb 2017.but still my not submitted form 112..
What I do ?can I submit form 112 with penalty...

16 November 2017 Yes you can submit Form 112 by paying Condonation fee https://www.icai.org/post.html?post_id=9649

16 November 2017 But icai give 9month period for condensation request. But this period is expire. And icai also mention that after expire 9month your request will not consider..
So what I do sir.. In that situation.

16 November 2017 The Form 112 should be submitted to the office of the Institute within 30 days. from the date of joining the course. In case of delay in submitting the form beyond the stipulated period, it has to be accompanied by a letter stating the reasons for delay along with a condonation request and appropriate condonation fee as per the following:
(d) Delay upto 30 days beyond the initial period Rs. 100/-
(e) Delay between 31 days - 180 days Rs. 300/-
(f) Delay beyond 181 days Rs.1000/-
