Form 112 not submitted at all

11 September 2013 Sir,
I have not submitted my Form 112 as my college timings were not permitting me to submit the same. So, I have made the regional office believe that I am not pursuing any other graduation course except CA.
Kindly suggest me on this issue that whether it will harm me in any manner or will I be able to show my bachelors degree in my CV in the Campus placements?

11 September 2013 If you haven't submitted your 112 form regarding B.com on the content that your college timings where conflicting with your aticleship timing,
then its better not to show on ur CV for Campus interview but if in campus inter they ask about your B.com then explain them that U r a Graduate but forget to mention it...

Because you are telling that your classes clashes with articleship training,,so it is not at all permitted to pursue additional course in such cases and more over in my opinion if you intimate now also you should invite some strong punishment which will be from delay in membership to cancellation of articleshiop already served articleship

So i suggest you to convert to distance mode immediately

EVEN recently icai warns again that it is mandatory to inform icai if pursuing additional course
..
so better you convert to distance mode inorder to avoid any punishments from icai,,other wise just follow the advise of above expert and dont disclose at any where

But what you will say if any asks you whether you have done articleship or not..? because if you say that you have done bcom by attending classes it is clearly says that you neglected articleship

so be prepared and take better choice

12 September 2013 @Sir Aryan Singhania- How can I say that I have forgotten to mention that I am a graduate?? Can I show my bachelors in BBA in off campus placements?

@Sir Ganeshbabu K- Shall I Convert my bachelors to distance mode? And do they check Form 112 during Campus interviews? And even if I say I have pursued bachelors degree like BBA.. Will they cross check the timings? Can I show my bachelors in BBA in off campus placements?

Please help me out !

13 September 2013 Yes,,it is likely to get problem if you continue regular classes,mandatory to choose distance mode,,concentrate more on articleship will be recommended,,,and more over it is mandatory to convert to distance mode
