Form 112 ..became director in a pvt ltd co.

11 November 2017 I became a director in a pvt ltd company during my 2nd year of articleship but I didn't submit form 112 .... but since I had excess of leave ...Im planing to join new firm ... while I was filling the form ..it came to my knowledge that I had to submit form 112 if I m a director... i wanna know what are the consequences in this regard ...do I require to submit it now ...and will I be fine for late submissions.

11 November 2017 In case a student does not comply with the Form 112 requirements or violates the guidelines, his/ her articleship shall not be recongnised.

The form should be submitted to the office of the Institute within 30 days. In case of delay in filling the form beyond the stipulated period, it has to be accompanied by a request for condonation and appropriate condonation fee.

Delay up to 30 days- RS 500
31 days to 180 days- Rs. 1000
181 days to 365 days- Rs. 2000
Beyond 365 days- Rs. 10,000
