I am doing Bcom from IGNOU with articleship. I did my admission on jan-2016 but havent submitted form 112. Now I am submitting form 112 to ICAI so do I have to pay Rs. 5000?

Please check with your local branch or your Decentralized office, whether this amnesty covers even for those pursuing course from IGNOU, as there is some MoU between both the Institute. Otherwise even under normal procedure you must have taken permission from ICAI for pursuing additional course.
