15 February 2017 if registered for CS in 2010, articleship completed in 2011 march and appeared in CS examination in june 2011. so any form 112 ( condonation) need to be submitted. if applying for membership can we mention CS in it

16 February 2017 CA Articleship Sept 2007 - March 2011 direct entry to CS registration in August 2010 appeared for exams June 2011 no Articleship for CS has been done. whether any form or any intimation was required to be submitted to the institute in this case

16 February 2017 During your CA articleship training you have enrolled for another additional course for which you should have intimated ICAI about it. The Form 112 should be submitted to the office of the Institute within 30 days. from the date of joining the course. In case of delay in submitting the form beyond the stipulated period, it has to be accompanied by a letter stating the reasons for delay along with a condonation request and appropriate condonation fee as per the following:
(d) Delay upto 30 days beyond the initial period Rs. 100/-
(e) Delay between 31 days - 180 days Rs. 300/-
(f) Delay beyond 181 days Rs.1000/-
