if we start giving examinations (only) no training, of CS during our articleship tenure.. and our articleship is now completed, then do we need to intimate the ICAI by form 112 with a condonation

Yes, obviously as you have registered for an additional course with another Institute. You have to intimate ICAI and pay condonation fee for the delay.
