Do we need to submit Form 112 for any course permissions, undertaken after completion of Articleship training

If you have completed your articleship training, then not required to intimate ICAI.

if we get registered for 2011 but start giving exams from 2012 then in that case from where will be the attempts counted

The number of attempt would be counted from 2012 on wards.
