I have applied for articleship registration on 31-10-14 and enrolled for CS on 14-11-14.I have got form 112 signed by my principal . should i send proof of CS registration along with it ?

the ans is no as they do not ask for any cop but only the dates of reg shall be mentioned.

no required to submit the proof registration no. is sufficient.

I am from CPT background. I have cleared both groups of my IPCC and joined articleship . Can I do CS and Bcom along with my articleship ?

icai will give u permssion for only 1 course so better 1st complete b.com and then file form 112 for cs then icai may allow u

But I have already registered for CS on 14-11-14 but havent sent form 112 to institute yet. So what do i do ?

you sent it within 1 month of registration of cs else icai will not count ur articleship for that many days.
