01 August 2013 I got myself registered for articleship on 16.08.2012 and discontinued regular B.Com. But I have a confusion whether I should apply for form 112,for registering for correspondence B.Com III,done on 13.09.2012.I was not required to attend any classes or sumbit any projects,so there was no intereference in articles training.So please reply whether I should apply for Form 112?

01 August 2013 yes, in this case you need to fill up form 112 as it comes within your articleship training period.

01 August 2013 Yes, whatever be the type of course pursuing

ICAI have no difference if it is distance course or regular course

form 112 is mandatory for every one who is pursuing additional course along with ca articleship

breaching of this is treated as breach if ca regulations 65& 78 AND WILL BE PUNISHABLE ACCORDINGLY

01 August 2013 yes it is punishable as per ca regulatios 65&78

And it will depends on case to case basis

Which will be from delay in membership to cancellation of articleship period already served
