24 July 2013 i have submitted my articleship form without form 112.therafter I received a call from ICAI that I have to submite form 112. Today I submite the form on institute counter. I am not aware about the fact that I have to submitt condonment letter and fine for delay in submission of form 112. Receving person accept the form without taking the dd and letter. Whether I have to submitt again form 112 ?

24 July 2013 No need to submit form 112 again..

no condonation fee required if icai not asked you to pay..

24 July 2013 but i am not submitting the condonation fee then after 180 days it will incresed upto Rs. 1000 and other documents are required

25 July 2013 WAIT WILL YOU RECEIVE ANY NOTICE FROM ICAI SAYING YOU NEED TO PAY CONDONATION FEE AND CONDONATION LETTER..

OR ELSE

YOU CAN VOLUNTARILY PAY CONDONATION FEE ALONG WITH A COVERING LETTER STATING FACT OF YOUR CASE..AND CAN REQUEST ICAI TO FASTER THE PROCESS OF ARTICLESHIP REGISTRATION/PERMISSION FOR OTHER COURSE
