23 July 2013 I have cleared Ca final exam and also my Cs Final exam but I did not knew that I have to take permission from the ICAI before opting for additional course. So now if I submit the form 112 then there would no voilation of any Rules and then I can apply for my Membership No.

23 July 2013 it is treated as breach of ca regulations 65&78..

in my knowledge icai may delay your membership if you provide details of additional course now with a delay of as below

So decide on this..

even though membership delayed it is better if you provide details in my opinion

02 August 2013 I had not even informed my emoloyer about pursuing CS during my training period as I did not take any private tutions for the same. Is it possible if I submit a apology letter to my employer for my irresponsible behaviour and then apply in form 112 to ICAI. please help

03 August 2013 yes, icai will consider this request as cs is a course which does not require classes

so just write a condonation for delay to icai and send form 112 it will be fine

ACtually I am little worried as you said that this is a violation under the above mentioned regulation. I would write the letter myuself na means In this my Employer doesnot have to do anything na as he also came to know now.

What should I write in the letter.

04 August 2013 till today you neither attended for any classes with out your boss permission knoe,then what will be problem...

more over you just say to your boss that you have just registered not even attempted for exams after joining in articleship

he may not take it serious
