07 June 2013 Sir,
I had both ICWA and B.Com(correspondence)at the time of joining articles on 03.10.2012.on that date I took permission for pursuing B.com.Later I took termination and re-registered on 25-3-2013.on 25.03.2013 along with form 103 I filed form 112 asking permission for ICWA .Recently got a letter from ICAI to send degree completion certificate .I have degree discontinuation w.e.f December2012.So,there is an overlapping period of 3 months ( Oct to Dec 2012).Should I pay any condonation fee now .How should I reply to ICAI.Please help

07 June 2013 It will be okay first send your B.com dis continuance certificate to icai

No condonation required..

Please respond to icai asap by complying with what it requires to send so that your registration process will be resumed

I was already re-registered in the records of the ICAI .I did not even attend the exams( degree)also.What can be the consequence of this overlapping period.

07 June 2013 it will be okay as both are distance courses which doesn't requires attending courses

so first provide B.com discontinuance certificate..as it is only requested by icai..

icai may condone that matter..if icai have any objection it may ask you this time only

so first do send what icai requires from you asap
