27 November 2013 respected sir/madam
as i m terminating/transferring my articleship before 1 yr whether i need to submit any other document like form 103 & itt/op certificate again along with form 109?? also whether i hv to get the form 109 attested by me old principal(C.A) or also with my new principal(C.A)???

29 November 2013 just take signature of your boss in form 109 duly filled in all respects and send to icai with in 30 days from date of transfer
.

after that as and when you started articleship under other ca you have to send form 103, to icai for the remaining period

you have to take your old boss signature only in form 109 you dont need to take signature of new boss

21 December 2013 thnks sir, bt 1 more thing i want 2 know that, i have gone for the articleship only for 2 days but in form 109 it is mendatory to fill work experience in weeks,, so what should i do now?? plz help

you should justify why you have sent documents for registration when you have worked for 2 days
.
.
but what makes you to take transfer in 2 days--why cant you wait atleast 6 months
.
.
however you have to settle this issue with icai,,explain with reason in reply to their questions/letters
