18 May 2012 HI THIS CHAKRAVARTHY I HAVE COMPLETED MY MY ARTICLE SHIP IN 1994-1997 SUBMITTED MY FORM 108 ALONG WITH WORK DAIRY IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY2012. I DIDNT GET ANY INFORMATION FROM ICAI. RECENTLY MY PRINCIPAL CA GOT A LETTER FROM ICAI TO SUBMIT STIPEND PAYMENT DETAILS WHICH WERE NOT AVAILABLE WITH US.BECAUSE ITS ALMOST 15 YEARS DELAY. PLEASE HELP ANY BODY TO SOLVE THE ISSUE

18 May 2012 You must have stipend details. Just go to the bank and ask for the statements if possible to recover. if not possible, intimate ICAI the situation. I'm sure, it will help. As a last resort, you can give the details in the form of a declaration signed by both of you.

18 May 2012 Dear Mr Amol thnks for ur suggestion actually my bank branch was closed before 2000( AP mahesh state co-op bank ltd)Now i am unable to take any statement
