21 February 2011 please tell me the address where to send form 108 for northern region students.
and what should be the content of the condonation letter in case of delay in submission.....

22 February 2011 Form 108 to be sent at regional centre but you can submit it at local office also. There is no presctibe format for condonation letter but you must write the reason for such condonation.
