can u plz tell me wat exactly do i hav 2 rite in d condonation letter for delay in filing form-108...also 2 whom shud it b addressd???

17 February 2011 I thnik there is some penalty for delay in submission of form 108 after one month. so u need to pay penalty.

17 February 2011 I think it should be address to Regional office where u have registered and just write the reason for delay in submission like you were out of station or any other reason. I have another view also but i can not express it here. For more help u can contact me at 9998072702.
