i filled form 18,1,32 for incorportion of company but form 18,1 is required for resubmission on the basis of
(ROC)we may call Declaration/Affidavits from Subscribers/first directors first at the time of incorporation and from directors, to the effect that company/directors shall not accept deposits unless it complies with the applicable provisions of Companies Act, 1856, RBI Act, 1934 and SEBI Act, 1992.
pls clear me what declartion ROC want and what is it format ?

This relates to violation of Section 58A of the companies Act which means all directors have to give the declaration that without complying with the provision of Section 58A they will not accept any deposits in the company.
