pls suggest
the remmitter has no TAN and it is applied for , but payment has to be made urgently , can foreign payment be made through paypal aur bookers account without form 15ca an 15cb.

The prescribed procedure is to follow 15CA and 15CB. Your accountant should suggest or advise you to go ahead with TAN APPLIED FOR.
