05 September 2021 I after verification submitted my return without paying income tax.

What is the solution.

05 September 2021 Pay the tax liability first, and after two days may revise the return.

06 September 2021 Oh! Is it possible to file ITR without payment of tax? I thought it was not possible.

06 September 2021 Though its possible, its not of much use. As after the payment, its advisable to revise the return, otherwise usually demand is raised. It helps to file return during final days, to save penalty.
For your information, if any tax liability arises; before submission of the ITR, there exists two options. 1. PAY now (recommended) 2. Pay Later....
One can bypass the payment and proceed for verification...... & ... final submission.

09 September 2021 I paid tax but system is not permitting to file revised return with message draft not saved.
Pl help.

09 September 2021 Wait for few days to get the system fully functional. Otherwise also there is enough time to revise the return.

16 October 2021 There is tab for revise return but after you press revise return system is asking file fresh return as there is no saved draft.
Pl help.

16 October 2021 Check "Returns filed"...... if the original exists, then wait for revising.
If it doesn't exist, file original again with taxes paid...
