Many Of My Clients Register their PAN Numbers in Income Tax Site For E-Filing But before E-filing of any Return They Forgot their Passwords and secrete Question

When I send Mail to Dept there is no reply at all

the preblem is there is no E Filing ACK no and Secrete Question
How can I Retreve Password

Plese please Help me in this Problem

09 December 2011 Contact the CPC banglore on telephone they will send you the password or write mail helpline giving your full name, fathers full name & date of birth as appearing on PAN Card. You can also contact to the jurisdictional assessing officer. get the acknowledgement number of the previously filed IT return and you can change the password.
