Dear Sir
While trying for resetting the IT Password, efiling authority is informed me that the new e filing pass word wuold be shared to the registered emailid.However, the email id was that of my consultant and now I want to change the consultant.Pls advice how can I reset my pass word.I am ready to furnish the required details.Kindly note that the secret question's answer is also not know and the for previous years return not yet filed by me

to validate@incometaxindia.gov.in

FATHER Name
ADDRESS (registered in PAN)
and mentioned that the registered email id has been block so i request to send the password to new email which is ............@....com
the password will be received on new email id with in 48-72 hrs

You can reset the password by using bank account number and last year efiling acknowledgement number,,try to reset with this it will be usefull,,
Yes,,,now "validate " sending reset password only to registered mail id

i recommend you to send mail again requesting to reset password because unable to access registered mail id..
.
.
if it does not helpful make a call to "efiling" help line number and ask them to guide how to file return if unable to access registered mail id,,and how to reset password in this situation,,they may guide you in a better way
