Hi,
I am trading with forex for last 6 months, I want to understnd whether Forex is legal in India, and if yes how should i file income tax return for forex gain.

You can trade in forex only if you have licence from RBI otherwise you cannot deal. It becomes illegal. First regularise your business through legal channel and then only you should go for filing of returns.

I am a Individual, not a company, and somebody told Individuals can trade in forex, and it is legal, can you reconfirm.
