22 October 2012 we are availing Benefit of drawback for physical export , simulatiousley we use the same export for discharging export obligation under EPCG .
Recentely our product is covered for Focus product benefit under chapter 3.
Is it possible to claim both EPCG and Focus product benefit along with drawback ?

22 October 2012 Refer to para 5.5(e) of foreign trade policy 2009-2014

"shipments under advance authorization DFRC, DFIA,OR DRAWBACK SCHEME , or incentives schemes under chapter-3 of a foreign trade policy , WOULD ALSO COUNT FOR FULFILLMENT OF EPCG EXPORT OBLIGATION"

22 October 2012 query is simultanious availment of drawback and FPB and EPCG is it poossible?

As or is used in para 5.5 e of FTP hence clarifiaction needed .
