A japanise co. plan to established a subsidiary in india (Noida)

FEMA Permits trading in electronics items to foreign companies. You have to coordinate with the following departments:
DGFT: approval for getting improt export registration.
RBI: Approval fo rinvestment and filling of FCGPR
RoC: In case it is a company, getting it registered
Income tax/Sales Tax: for Operation
