Whether form 15CA is require for A1 Payments?

Yes, Form 15CA & 15CB alongwith Form A2 are required for foreign remittance.

Submission of 15CA is not required for all A1 payments which is meant for import of goods.
However, 15CA and 15CB are required only for A2 payments.
