i am in a process of filling up form 15ca. The form required to fill up the details of remittance in which detail of bank , its micr code and others n other information is required.
my question is that which abnk details they required, the bank from which we are making the payment to a foreign party or the bank in which the amount will be credited i.e. foreign parties account detail.

are you sure? we do not require to fill up the details of foreign parties bank in that form. do we?

u need to fill the bank details where u r remitting the amount. It is the unique code of a bank....
