Foreign national directors: restrictions on company

21 February 2012 If a Pvt Ltd Company is formed with only 2 directors, both being foreign nationals(but staying in India for almost all the year), is the company restricted in any way? Is there something which this company cannot do but a company with Indian directors can do?

23 February 2012 There is no such restriction on the above formation!!!

But in case Money is coming from these national are coming into Indian company then FEMA compliance are followed provided ther are resident out side India but in above case situation does not appear so!!!!!

So you can go ahead!!!11
