26 May 2010 In Directors Report, Companies (Disclosure of particulars in the report of the board of directors) Rules,1988 its mentioned that in Form-A total foreign exchange earnings and outgo should be disclosed i want to know that foreign exchange earnings by way of medical transcription outsourcing to USA should be disclosed in this directors report as per the above companies rules
