02 February 2012 1)The subscription clause of MOA and AOA is to be witnessed only by a professinal or any other person also.

2)Can the signature of the subcriber(foreign national) be performed by his authorised power of attorney(POA)

03 February 2012 1. Witness can be anyone, not only professional.

2. As per my view, Subscribers themselves need to subscribe the MOA and AOA. Better process could be-

1. Send the MOA and AOA Table to Foreign National by E -Mail.

2. They Can put their Signature, address, Occupation one by one

3. You can get these table by E-Mail itself (in to PDF format)
