16 November 2007 Transactio0n permissible with Approval of Central Government

As per Rule 4 read with Schedule II, prior approval of Central Government shall be required for drawal of foreign exchange by any person for advertisement for amount exceeding USD 10000. Specify ythe purpose for further clarification.
