What is limit on remmitance of foreign exchange on Advertisement in the foreign country and any other condition prescrbied for it by the RBI in this regard?

Transactio0n permissible with Approval of Central Government
As per Rule 4 read with Schedule II, prior approval of Central Government shall be required for drawal of foreign exchange by any person for advertisement for amount exceeding USD 10000. Specify ythe purpose for further clarification.
