Respected Sir/Madam,
I am taking registration for IPCC under direct entry scheme after passing T.Y.Bcom, and I completed my ITT & Orientation program before 31st July 2013 If I am not received certificate till 31st July 2013,Because 31st July is last date of summittion For May 2014.
Then can I start my article ship for IPCC both groups. If I requested to Institute that I am submitted my certificate after 15-20 days,then Institute can allowed me to for May 2014 attempt.

1)see you will get eligibility to appear in exam after completing 9 months of article ship,
2)and that to logic that to submit before 31st july is ...if you join article ship in 1st august you can complete 9 months to get eligibility for may 2014 exam
3)so..join articleship from 1st may and send articleship forms for registration after receipt of itt certificates..it is a possible way to get attempt for may 2014
4)you can confirm this idea with icai nearest regional branch also
