10 February 2018 I'm going to start a agency for cooldrinks retail distrubution turnover 1450000.how to register my agency and give suggestion for books keeping.here are two ways one started with 3 partners and without partners which one is best idea.

and my anouther doubt how to get my registration certificate? what are the books and certificates are required for my new business.already i file a written on previous two years under income from other sources head how this business affect my ITR

10 February 2018 Approval certificate for doing business from government.

10 February 2018 you need only a valid pan card, gst number if turnover is more than 20 lacs. No other specific registration is required for starting your business. You can also check the local laws of your city.
