I'm going to start a agency for cooldrinks retail distrubution turnover 1450000.how to register my agency and give suggestion for books keeping.here are two ways one started with 3 partners and without partners which one is best idea.

You can get the partnership registered or can also start a sole proprietorship. Income Tax rate for partership is 30% and for sole proprietorship, it is same as that of individual. Depending upon your business requirements, you can either of the method

Approval certificate for doing business from government.

you need only a valid pan card, gst number if turnover is more than 20 lacs. No other specific registration is required for starting your business. You can also check the local laws of your city.
