Who can issue form C ? only manufacturer or sole trader or partnership firm. Kindly clear my confusion.

Don’t confuse in ca club India dear,
If you purchase goods from outside your state you need to issue C Form and if you sell goods outside your state you need to get C Form.(the matter is not connected with nature of concern.)
