For obtaining modules

27 August 2012 i have cleared pcc exams in nov.2010, thereafter i registered for final,after registration i have given a slip from them for receieving modules, but that time modules were not available at the counter for hindi medium students, thereafter i tried for the same again but the modules were not in the stock, then i purchased books from market and started my studies, meanwhile slip has missed by me,when again i contacted to the instiute they told me that without slip i can not obtain modules,before some time i found the slip and contacted to institute for modules but now they are refusing and saying that i am too late for obtaining the modules becoz a huge time passed almost 1.5 yrs.

now pls suggest me that what should i do? i have paid fees for modules , how can they refuse for giving modules to me,even the fees has not been changed till the date. pls suggest me wheather i have right of receiving modules or not?

27 August 2012 If you have the slip, they cannot refuse to give the material unless it is out of stock.

If still you are unable to get it, make a complain.
