dear sir ,
is this necessary to file return for all persons who's income is less than the slab rate limit as per gov. norms....????for individual mens if his taxable income is less than 1,10,000 rs for AY08-09...

It is totally depends upon the source of Income. For example, if suppose the income earned from Professional Service and tax is deducted by the payer, then it is better to file the return.
