i wish to join ca intermediate under direct scheme.....please help me

following which application i want to send chennai icai office
1. intermediate registration with fee 9000 DD
2. intermediate registration and articled assitant registration with fees 11000 DD

please reply me.....

You have to pay Rs.9,000 for registration and Rs.2,000 for Article assistant registration.
As you know very well that if you are joining CA Intermediate under direct scheme registration in Artile assistant will compulsory.
