actually i am having some questions which i request to be answered..

my articleship is over now so wat is the procedure further ...i mean in which form no. and how this form send to institute..please tell me from a to z i will be thankfull to you.

and i didnt get cheque of stipend i thought will take it at the end..so what can i do now.

18 January 2011 Hi Rahul,
First take the cheque and deposit in the bank.
After amount is credited to the a/c, fill & get signature of your principal in Form 108.
Form 108 is available at following link:- https://www.icai.org/new_post.html?post_id=721&c_id=120
If you submit the form within 30 days of completion of articles, no need of any fee.
Dult filled in form is to be submitted at/ posted to concerned regional office.

18 January 2011 sir my it is almost 1 1/2 month past for my artclship get over now is there any fees for that.
and any other thing to which i have to comply with.
and is there any technicality in filling form 108,if yes can you please tell me something about it.

19 January 2011 Details of fees is available in Form no. 108 itself.
There are no technical formalities in filling a form.
Filling of Form 108 is not a big exercise. Its just filling a form and sending.
