I WANT TO KNOW THAT FOR FORMATION OF NEW CO. DIGITAL SIGNATURE OR DIN IS COMPULSORY FOR APPROVAL OF NAME ?

06 January 2012 For Approval of Name of Company, a person is required to file Form 1A. 1A can be filed by either an Applicant or by a Professional.

Whoever files the E-Form must have Digital Signature Certificate.

Formation of Company requires filing of Form 1A, 1, 18 and 32.

1A and 1 can be filed by either Applicant or professional, it means here u need not to have DIN or DSC.

But For filing 18 and 32 u must possess DSC and DIN.

06 January 2012 If you wish to get it done through some professional then to get the name approval only you need not take DIN OR DIGITAL.
