Can i get det deduction of Principal payment on loan taken for purchase of residential flat u/s.80 C and also claim deduction u/s.24 for interest paid on loan in income from HP

Deduction u/s 80 C can be claim for repayment of principal amt of housing loan house , providedloan is taken from specified person.
deduction u/s 24(b) can be claim for interest paid on construction / purchase/ repair / renovation of house, taken from any person, subject to other condition of sec. 24(b) of ITA
