you will form a huf first you will make a deed of huf on stamp paper of rs.100/- then you will apply for pan card documents are ration card then you will open a a/c in any bank then you will take any gift from yours to see total incme does not excess of rs 150000/-otherwise it is taxable

A Hindu undivided family comes to existence by operation of Law not by formation.
A Man, his wife and his daughter belonging to the Hindu religion will constitute HUF.
