FPS scheme in 2009-14 Foreign trade policy is available in 2015_20 policy please clarify

wef 01.04.2015 MEIS scheme is in operation by the ministry of commerce department of DGFT.
shipping bill up to 31.03.2015 is admissible for taking the incentive of FPS.
