Our customer submitted the form along with annnexure. Can we clear goods without charging excise duty?
Can we need to ask A.R.E-1 and H form?
Can we purchase SHIS or FPS in open market and use the license for indigenous purchase?

Yes you can clear the goods without payment of excise duty with FPS. FPS is freely transferable therefore you can buy and clear the goods. Only thing is that it should be valid on the day of transaction.
