Recentlly I came accross an job vacancy advertisment for the post of Accounts Manager which wanted the candidate to do "flux analysis" along with taking up other responsibilities .
Please let me know what is Flux analysis.

A flux analysis is also known as an analytical review which is comparing one period to the next, or to budget or to another company.
For example:
Accounts Receivable as of 2006 Rs 100,000
Accounts Receivable as of 2007 Rs 250,000
change 150,000
% increase 150%
For example:
Accounts Receivable as of 2006 Rs 100,000
Accounts Receivable as of 2007 Rs 250,000
change 150,000
% increase 150%

In accounting parlance flux means "Change"
