Fixed travelling allowance is paid to process server is exempt under salary head

Standard deduction of Rs.50000/- for salaried person is allowed from FY 19-20
26 May 2020
Transport allowance for commuting from place of residence to place of duty is allowed @ Rs 1,600 per month or Rs 19,200 per annum
