PLEASE TELL ME THAT I HAVE OPEND FD FOR FIVE YEARS IN PNB BANK FOR RS.25000/- CAN I TAKE DEDUCITON IN 80C FOR THE F.Y. 2011-12

Yes u can take the deduction u/s 80c

You can take the benefit of Deduction provided same is mentioned on the face of the FD certificate by Bank that this FD is eligible for deduction u/s 80C.
