04 May 2025 Can Overseas Citizen of India invest in Fixed Deposit through NRO account?Can the Income tax deducted at source be claimed as refund if the Indian Income is below taxable limit?

04 May 2025 1. Yes, OCIs can invest in FDs via NRO accounts.
2. Yes, file an ITR to claim a refund.
