Can CPU, KEYBOARD & MOUSE PURCHASED OF Rs. 4410 be capitalised

Please charge them off fully. Less than 5,000 in value.

Keyboard and mouse can be expensed but CPU it is better to capitalise to have track over the fixed assets and may be depreciated in full.
